Although not much remains of the original structure of the palace since its reconstruction in the 1960s, it has retained the composite wall, the ceremonial doors, the royal chapel and the red brick facade. Located at the bustling corner of the Denpasar-Gianyar road in eastern Denpasar, Puri Agung Kesiman is best known for Cokorda Sakti Kesiman , Prince Kesiman of the 19th century who was said to have magical powers that enabled him to communicate with the Temple God of Uluwatu.
