Canggu Beach is a coastal village and a up-and-coming tourist area located between Seminyak and Tanah Lot.the Canggu coast comprises different black sand beaches, almost all with surf breaks which are places frequented by surfers from all over the world.
These include the Berawa beaches which border north of the Batubelig beach of Seminyak, Batu Bolong, Batu Mejan aka .Echo Beach, Pererenan, Seseh and Mengening south of Tanah Lot.

Canggu Beach has gained popularity among surfers as a friendly longboarding spot, one of the few on the island. 3 main lines have been developed for both surfers and non-surfers. The focus on the area as a surfing destination has been helped by the presence of the Bali stand of Deus Ex Machina, the Deus Temple of Enthusiasm, and its annual contest that focuses on the classic single fin longboardin.

Over the years three main lines have emerged on Canggu Beach, all running to the beaches: two of them are along the Jl Pantai Berawa meander and one at Jl Pantai Batu Bolong.
